1 General Terms & Applicability

By using the abcd365 platform, you fully agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to the abcd365 website, mobile app, and all associated services.

2 Account Registration & Management

To open an account on abcd365, you must be at least 18 years of age and register with accurate information.

Registration Terms

• Only one account is permitted per person. Multiple accounts from the same device, IP address, or payment method are strictly prohibited.
• All information provided at registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information will result in account closure.
• After creating your account, you may be required to submit a copy of your National ID or passport for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• You are solely responsible for keeping your account password secure. Never share your password with anyone.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

All financial transactions on abcd365 are secure and transparent. The following rules apply to deposits and withdrawals.

Deposit Rules

• Minimum deposit is ৳300 — may vary depending on the payment method.
• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits are not accepted. If detected, the account will be seized.

Withdrawal Policy

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method as the original deposit (some exceptions may apply).
• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Standard withdrawals are processed within 5–30 minutes. Complex cases may take up to 24 hours.
• Bonus balances cannot be withdrawn until the wagering requirement for that bonus has been met.

4 Bonus & Promotion Terms

All bonuses and promotions on abcd365 come with specific terms. Please read them carefully before claiming any bonus.

Wagering Requirement

Most bonuses come with a wagering requirement – meaning you must place a specified amount in bets before withdrawing the bonus funds. Example: a 20x wagering requirement on a ৳1,000 bonus means you need to place ৳20,000 in bets.

General Bonus Terms

• Every bonus has an expiry date – any unused bonus will be forfeited once it expires.
• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• Any detected attempt at bonus abuse will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all bonuses.
• Some games do not contribute — or contribute at a reduced rate — toward bonus wagering requirements. Please refer to the details on each individual offer.

5 Gaming Rules & Fair Play Policy

All games on abcd365 are powered by internationally certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. This means every outcome is entirely random — no one, not even abcd365 itself, can predetermine a result.

Live Sports Betting Special Rules

• Bets placed after a line change during a live match may not be accepted.
• If a match is abandoned or does not meet the specified conditions, the bet will be voided.
• Abcd365 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds.

In the Event of a Technical Error

If a software bug or technical issue causes an abnormal outcome in any game, abcd365 reserves the right to void that round and refund the bet amount.

6 Prohibited Activities

Any of the following activities are strictly prohibited on abcd365. If detected, the account will be immediately suspended and legal action may be taken.

• Playing games using bots, scripts, or automated software.
• Using the platform for money laundering or processing illegal funds.
• Creating multiple accounts to exploit bonus offers.
• Any attempt to gain unauthorized access to game code or platform systems.
• Attempting to manipulate outcomes by colluding with other players.
• Impersonating abcd365 staff to mislead other players.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

Abcd365 may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If these Terms & Conditions are violated.
• If false information is found during KYC verification.
• If suspicious financial activity is detected.
• At your own request — you may close your account at any time.
• An inactivity fee may apply to accounts that have been dormant for an extended period (over 12 months).

If an account is closed for a valid reason, any legitimate balance will be refunded. In cases of punitive closure, bonus balances may be forfeited.

8 Responsible Gaming Policy
